THE MORE I SEE YOU

Preposterous to say “I Love You”

Risky journey that I would do

Engraving your name in my heart,

Creating fire that won’t set us apart

 

In you I can see dark and light differ

Only you awaken my soul out of despair

Unseen sparkles of light,

Seeing those things now with bright

 

Gemstones as I describe your eyes

Endless happiness, no place for sighs

Magic that binds us together

Crying every night to be with you forever

 

Am I foolish enough to like you?

Trap in your world, I don’t know what to do

Undying love that we have forever

Nonsense! Enough talk, let’s be together

 

And now I wish that this won’t end

Open your eyes, for this won’t taint
